Schedule / Job Type
- Travel, Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care nursing for ICU patients, including those with liver and kidney failure or transplants
- Monitor and operate advanced equipment such as ventilators, CRRT, hemodynamic monitors, and EKGs
- Perform procedures including intubations, line placements, thoracentesis, paracentesis, EGD, bronchoscopies, and EVD management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Document patient progress and care in electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse licensure
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Experience with critically ill patients, including liver and kidney failure cases or transplants
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with advanced ICU procedures and critical care equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and adapt to a dynamic environment
