- Full-time, nights (3x12s, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care delivery to ICU patients in an acute care hospital setting.
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Document patient care activities accurately within the electronic health record system.
- Respond quickly to emergency situations and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Float within scope to meet facility needs across similar units or sister facilities as required.
Required Qualifications
- Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
- At least 2 years of recent ICU experience.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
- Willingness to be on-call for low census periods (not requiring additional shifts).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with CRRT and Prismax equipment is a plus.
- Ability to work within a flexible schedule upon manager approval.
