• Cath Lab/EP Technician

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, 40 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with diagnostic catheterizations, permanent pacemaker insertions, pulmonary artery insertions, and right heart catheterizations
• Support procedures involving temporary pacemakers, conduction studies, and Insertion/Programming of AICDs and pacemakers
• Ensure safety and precision during cardiac procedures, maintaining sterile techniques and adhering to clinical protocols
• Collaborate with medical teams to provide high-quality patient care during specialized cardiovascular and electrophysiology procedures
• Maintain equipment and ensure radiation safety standards are met, including proper badge management
Required Qualifications
• At least 1 year of experience in a cath lab or electrophysiology (EP) setting
• Current certification in ARRT or CCI
• SC licensure in radiologic technology or a related field
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Radiation badge must be provided by the staffing agency
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Prior experience working with adult diagnostic catheterizations and pacemaker procedures
• Ability to float between service lines within the cardiac catheterization and EP units if needed
• Familiarity with the use of various cardiac equipment and programming devices
