Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Schedule / Job Type
Days, 4x10-hour shifts (6:30 am – 5:00 pm)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in the operating room setting
- Assist in preparing patients for surgery and maintain sterile field protocols
- Collaborate with surgical team members to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Adhere to facility policies, including on-call and float requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation using Epic electronic health record system
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in South Carolina or multi-state/compact license
- Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS preferred
- Radiation badge required, provided by the agency
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
- Ability to float within scope to meet staffing needs across facilities
- Familiarity with Epic charting system
