- Full-time, night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized ICU patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Float to different units including Cascade Valley as needed
- Administer and monitor medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient status and care activities accurately and thoroughly
- Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations
Required Qualifications
- Current WA RN license
- AHA BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NIHSS certification
- Prior CCU (Cardiac Care Unit) experience
- Ability to call off up to 3 shifts per assignment
- Flexibility to float to other units, including Cascade Valley
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in ICU or Critical Care settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs
