Key Responsibilities
- Perform pediatric and adult Cardiac MRI procedures, including MR Cardiac with/without contrast and stress imaging.
- Operate advanced MRI equipment such as GE Discovery 450, GE HDxT 23, Siemens Magnetom Sola, and associated systems.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging, including venipuncture and contrast administration.
- Maintain detailed documentation using Epic EHR system.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain compliance with certifications and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT Magnetic Resonance (MR) certification
- ARRT Radiologic Technologist (R) certification
- BLS certification
- Venipuncture proficiency
- Minimum of 2 years MRI tech experience
- Cardiac MRI experience (with/without contrast, stress imaging)
- Epic electronic health record experience
- Travel experience preferred
- Pediatric acute care and outpatient MRI experience is a plus
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Pediatric Cardiac MRI training and experience
- Experience with Medrad injection systems and Iradimed monitors
- Knowledge of pediatric and outpatient MRI protocols
