Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor to support patient well-being.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• NIH Stroke Certification (NIHSS).
• At least 1 year of recent experience in an IMCU or telemetry setting.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification.
• Prior travel nurse experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
