Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum (LDRP) nursing care for mothers and babies across all phases of obstetric care.
- Float between units as needed according to departmental requirements.
- Utilize Epic electronic medical record system for charting and documentation.
- Assist with roles across various units as required, including neonatal resuscitation (NRP).
- Maintain patient ratios typically between 1:1, 1:2, and 1:4, ensuring quality patient care.
- Support variable weekend staffing, typically alternating every other weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of Montana.
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
- Experience caring for mothers and newborns in an obstetric setting.
- Ability to float between units and adapt to different roles.
- Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous labor and delivery or postpartum nursing experience.
- Flexibility to assist with other hospital units when needed.
