Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

- Polson, MT
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 12-hour night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care for mothers and newborns in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Care for patients across all phases of obstetric care, ensuring both maternal and neonatal safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Flex to other units as needed to support staff and patient care.
- Utilize Epic electronic charting system for documentation.
- Follow neonatal resuscitation protocol (NRP) and other clinical guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Montana or applicable state.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP).
- Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
- Ability to care for both mother and baby throughout all OB phases.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience with Epic electronic health records system.
- Flexibility to float to different units.
- Knowledge of obstetric nursing and neonatal care.
