• Part-time (20 hours/week), 8-week contract, day shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and review pre-employment health screenings, including immunizations, TB testing, and respiratory fit testing.
• Verify completion of all required health screenings and immunizations for hospital clearance.
• Enter new hire health information and clearance documentation into the employee health medical records system.
• Review medical documentation for return-to-work evaluations, assessing fitness for duty and any work restrictions.
• Communicate clearance status and restrictions to managers.
• Receive lab results, follow up with employees, and document findings in the employee health system.
• Track compliance with immunization requirements and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
• Experience with occupational health processes and procedures.
• Ability to review and interpret medical documentation.
• Proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and management.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in occupational health or employee health screening.
• Knowledge of immunization and TB testing protocols.
• Familiarity with OSHA and hospital compliance standards.
