- Part-time (20 hours/week), 8-week contract, day shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and review pre-employment health screenings, including immunizations, TB testing, and respiratory fit testing.
- Verify completion of all required health screenings and immunizations for hospital clearance.
- Enter new hire health information and clearance documentation into the employee health medical records system.
- Review medical documentation for return-to-work evaluations, assessing fitness for duty and any work restrictions.
- Communicate clearance status and restrictions to managers.
- Receive lab results, follow up with employees, and document findings in the employee health system.
- Track compliance with immunization requirements and maintain accurate records.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license.
- Experience with occupational health processes and procedures.
- Ability to review and interpret medical documentation.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and management.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in occupational health or employee health screening.
- Knowledge of immunization and TB testing protocols.
- Familiarity with OSHA and hospital compliance standards.
