Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, contract (up to 32 weeks), night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed vocational nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
- Float between units as needed, including dementia care units
- Ensure compliance with facility protocols and patient care standards
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Required Qualifications
- Valid LVN or LPN license
- Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience as an LVN/LPN
- BLS certification through AHA
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Willing to float to different units, including dementia units
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- LTC or SNF experience required
- Comfortable working with dementia patients
- Experience working in environments with patient populations requiring specialized care
