Full-time, outpatient, day shifts, 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress using hospital charting systems
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards
Required Qualifications
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification required
- At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
- Comfortable working in a Level II Trauma center environment
- Strong documentation skills using Cerner or similar charting systems
