Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using hospital charting systems
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards

Required Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification required
• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
• Comfortable working in a Level II Trauma center environment
• Strong documentation skills using Cerner or similar charting systems
