Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week contract, dayshift, Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required

Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy services to adult patients in an acute care and inpatient rehab setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and document patient treatment plans focusing on diverse conditions such as CVA, dementia, amputations, hip and knee repairs, and neurological impairments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Ensure compliance with client and state licensing requirements, maintaining accurate billing and documentation—including assessments, evaluations, and discharge summaries
• Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs and progress toward recovery goals

Required Qualifications
• Valid state occupational therapy license (must be willing to apply for Kansas license if not currently licensed in KS)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute care and adult inpatient rehabilitation units

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with amputee and CVA rehab, dementia/Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, and post-surgical hip and knee rehabilitation
• Strong documentation skills for assessments, evaluations, and discharge planning
