Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and support to patients in critical care settings.
• Administer treatments such as ventilator management, aerosol therapy, and oxygen therapy.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient progress.

Required Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Indiana state license as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Current certifications: ACLS, BCLS.
• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience working in ICU and multiple hospital settings.
• Ability to float between different facilities including Methodist, University, Fishers, and Morgan.
• Knowledge of perioperative, OR, and ambulatory care is a plus.
