Key Responsibilities
• Provide outpatient physical therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
• Administer therapies and monitor patient progress
• Collaborate with healthcare team to meet patient needs
• Document patient care using Epic electronic health record system
• Maintain adherence to facility policies and safety regulations

Required Qualifications
• Active SC or Multistate Compact PT license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience
• Ability to work Monday- Friday, 8-hour shifts
• No weekend work required

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Outpatient clinic experience, especially in orthopedics
• Experience with Epic charting system

Additional Notes
• Traveling staff should be aware of hurricane season protocols; all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams during June-November.
