Schedule / Job Type

• Days, full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with one weekend shift per contract

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in a community-based setting.
• Maintain a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1, with the possibility of visiting up to 6 patients per day.
• Complete documentation using HomeCare HomeBase software.
• Adhere to the assigned schedule and quality standards while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Follow all applicable protocols and standards for home health nursing, including client visits and treatment procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Valid LVN or LPN license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 1 year of skilled LVN/LPN experience in home health or similar setting.
• Current BCLS certification.
• Experience with Oasis documentation preferred.
• Eligible for or able to obtain license prior to assignment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase charting system.
• Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase).
• Ability to independently manage a caseload in home health services.
