Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Night shift, 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in a long-term care facility according to established nursing standards and protocols
- Monitor patient health and vital signs, and document observations diligently
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare regulations
- Support patients' physical and emotional comfort during night shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in the state of North Dakota
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in long-term care or similar healthcare setting
- Strong patient assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working night shifts in LTC facilities
- Knowledge of nursing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
