Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week, full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess telemetry patients, ensuring patient safety and effective care
• Provide general nursing duties including IV starts, medication administration, labs, and patient education
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic electronic health record system
• Float within units of equivalent or lower acuity levels as needed
• Adhere to telemetry testing requirements and demonstrate proficiency in patient monitoring

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• IV certification required
• Ability to pass telemetry testing and some experience monitoring telemetry patients
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health record system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units
• Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
