Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, day shift, 3x12-hour shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room.
• Assist in preparing the operating room, including setting up sterile equipment and supplies.
• Monitor patient vital signs and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure smooth workflow and patient outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control policies.
• Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Required Qualifications
• Valid SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• At least 2 years of operating room nursing experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by the agency.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience with Epic charting system.
• Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs or between units.
