• Full-time, temporary assignment
• Mids (afternoon/evening shift)
• 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide licensed practical nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report any concerns to the healthcare team
• Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
• Participate in weekend rotation every other week

Required Qualifications

• Active NC LPN license or compact license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of prior Geriatric LPN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Ability to work evening shifts and handle on-call responsibilities as needed
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
