Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, temporary assignment
- Mids (afternoon/evening shift)
- 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide licensed practical nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report any concerns to the healthcare team
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care
- Participate in weekend rotation every other week
Required Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license or compact license
- BLS certification
- Minimum of 1 year of prior Geriatric LPN experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
- Ability to work evening shifts and handle on-call responsibilities as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
