Job Title

• Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

• Full-time, Nights, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a stepdown, PCU, or IMC setting, including monitoring and managing patient conditions.
• Float between different units within the organization as needed to meet staffing requirements.
• Work rotating weeknights and weekends, including holidays, to ensure continuous patient coverage.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Utilize electronic health records for documentation and communication of patient progress.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio or appropriate compact license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU or Med-Surg units.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Ability to float to various units as needed.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
