Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Location: Columbus, OH

Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, Days shifts, 36 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting
• Perform IV starts, medication administration, patient monitoring, labs, and patient education
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and patient care management
• Serve as charge nurse when needed, demonstrating flexibility with shift duties
• Float to units of equivalent or lower acuity as necessary
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Current BLS and IV certification
• Proficiency in IV starts and general nursing skills
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Ability to work flexible hours, including every other weekend if scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Previous travel nursing experience in a similar environment
