• Full-time, Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across multiple departments and locations within a 20-mile radius, utilizing the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient needs, actions taken, and responses during each shift.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to protocols and policies.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, discharge instructions, and health management.
• Supervise and support LPNs and assistive personnel in clinical duties.
• Complete competency assessments and training aligned with patient population and protocol standards.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Nursing License in the state of New Mexico or a Compact state.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of relevant current experience, including at least one 13-week travel assignment.
• Strong team player with flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with EPIC EMR system (training available on-site).
