• Travel, Night shifts, 13-week assignment with nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic CT exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment following established policies and procedures.
• Verify patient identity, review medical records, and obtain or update medical history to ensure exam appropriateness.
• Explain procedures, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions to patients.
• Set up imaging equipment, acquire diagnostic images, and review images for initial observations.
• Communicate with radiologists, document exceptions, and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide imaging education to staff and trainees.
• May be required to perform Radiologic Technologist duties or take call/standby shifts.

Required Qualifications

• ARRT certification in CT and Radiology (must be attached to submission).
• BLS certification (must be through the American Heart Association).
• Minimum of 2 years recent CT and Radiology experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with GE CT and X-ray machines.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a hospital setting, particularly in community hospital environments.
• Experience with night shift schedules.
