Job Title

Schedule / Job Type

• 13-week contract, night shifts, on-call required, travel position

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU.
• Monitor and assess vital signs, condition updates, and development of infants.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Perform procedures such as ventilator management, feeding, and IV placement.
• Document patient information accurately in electronic medical records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Valid and active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Level 4 NICU environment.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech and CPN electronic health records.
• Familiarity with neonatal equipment such as ventilators, incubators, and feeding pumps.
• Proven ability to handle high-acuity neonatal cases.
