Schedule / Job Type
• Contract – 13 weeks – Day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), working 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts, Days

Key Responsibilities
• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to telemetry unit patients in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac telemetry using GE Telemetry Monitoring equipment.
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and assist with procedures such as wound vac management, external fixation, and bracing.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and document patient care accurately in the MediTech EMR system.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, supporting staff and patient needs effectively.

Required Qualifications
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Med/Surg experience.
• Compassionate, outgoing, and team-oriented personality.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Tennessee Nurses Certification (TNCC).
• Experience with external fixation, CPM machines, or wound vacs.
