- Days shift, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic echocardiograms, ultrasounds, and sonography procedures.
- Operate and maintain ultrasound and echocardiography equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnostics.
- Assist in patient positioning and preparation for imaging procedures.
- Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and data accuracy.
- Adhere to infection control standards and proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Certification in Cardiac Sonography or related field.
- Valid license to practice as a Sonographer or Echocardiographer.
- Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting a plus.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts with attention to detail.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience performing echocardiograms, ultrasounds, and related procedures.
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
