• X-ray / Radiology Technician

• Full-time, Night shifts, requiring 3 shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic examinations accurately across various departments and local areas within 20 miles.
• Maintain established policies, procedures, and safety protocols within the radiology department.
• Ensure all equipment, supplies, and accessories are checked and stocked regularly for each radiography room.
• Develop and evaluate film for technical quality and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in patient transport to and from radiographic areas, including emergency rooms when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas to uphold safety and efficiency.
• Participate in ongoing professional development through educational programs, workshops, and in-service meetings.
• Collaborate with CIT teams as required to support hospital operations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross).
• Valid ARRT (R) certification and NM RRT state licensure, to be completed by the first Friday of the contract start date.
• Minimum of 2 years of current radiologic experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Successful completion of at least one 13-week travel assignment.
• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team and adapt to emergency situations.

Preferred Skills / Experience

• EPIC experience (training available on-site).
• ARRT (CT) certification is a plus.
