• Full-time, Day shifts, 4 shifts per week, 10 hours per shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory assessment and therapy to patients in various settings, including inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and home care.
• Perform procedures such as intubations, aerosol delivery, patient assessments, and care planning with minimal assistance.
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, maintaining professional behavior and confidentiality.
• Document patient data accurately using Microsoft Office applications and maintain organized records.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues, patients, and visitors, providing excellent patient care and support.
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and organizational policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with an associate’s degree in Respiratory Care.
• Valid and active California Respiratory Care Practitioner license.
• 1+ year of clinical experience or strong recommendations as a recent graduate.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP.
• OSHA Respirator Fit Testing certification (to be completed within 3 months of hire).
• PFT (Pulmonary Function Test) experience is required.

• Previous experience working in diverse clinical environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
