LTC/SNF Registered Nurse
Job Title
- Registered Nurse - Long-Term Care (LTC)
Location
- Grand Junction, CO
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, 13-week assignment
- Night shifts, 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to long-term care residents during night shifts
- Administer medications and monitor residents' health status
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient conditions and treatments accurately
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado
- Current CPR and PALS certifications (if applicable)
- Experience in long-term care nursing preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Ability to handle multiple residents and prioritize tasks effectively
