Job Title
• LVN / LPN - LTC/SNF

• Washington, NC
Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, 13-week assignment, night shift (11 PM – 7 AM)
• 40 hours per week, 5 shifts
Key Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to geriatric patients in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications and monitor patient health status
• Follow care plans and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
• Rotate weekends every other week, as scheduled
Required Qualifications
• Active NC LPN license or compact license
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a geriatrics setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Previous work in LTC or SNF environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
