Job Title:

• Therapist - Occupational Therapist

Location:

• Staples, MN

Schedule / Job Type:

• Full-time, 13-week traveling contract, dayshift, 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a clinical setting.
• Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to optimize patient health and function.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and achieve therapy goals.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to a caring, hands-on healing environment aligned with clinic values.

Required Qualifications:

• Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota or eligible for licensure.
• Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment with four weeks of onboarding.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Prior experience in outpatient or rehabilitation settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques.
