Tech Phlebotomy
Job Title
- Tech - Phlebotomy

- Mission Viejo, CA
Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, nights shift, 5 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Collect blood samples from patients in a clinical hospital setting
- Float between multiple locations, including Mission Viejo and Laguna Beach, as needed
- Adhere to department protocols and documentation procedures using EPIC and handheld devices
- Participate in weekend rotations, exceeding minimum requirements
- Maintain high standards of patient care in a trauma center environment
Required Qualifications
- Current CPR and CPT certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in a clinical or trauma setting
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licensure (pending licenses not accepted)
- Willingness to be on-call as needed
- Experience using EPIC or similar electronic medical records system
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in trauma centers
- Familiarity with handheld Rover devices and Epic charting
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and floating between facilities
