Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
Full-time, nights, 3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced ER environment.
- Complete mandatory assessments, treatments, and documentation according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, including compliance deadlines and safety procedures.
- Maintain proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Emergency Department nursing.
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Pass/Fail EKG exam required by the facility.
- Certified in NIH Stroke Scale preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous Charge Nurse and Level 2 Trauma experience.
- PALS, TNCC, CPI certifications are a plus.
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records system.
