Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, contract, nights shift, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide emergency nursing care in a busy hospital Emergency Room setting.
- Assess patient conditions, prioritize treatments, and coordinate care with medical team.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance standards, including required certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
- Valid and current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
- Must be aware of and able to complete compliance requirements by deadlines.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience as a Charge Nurse or in Level 2 Trauma.
- PALS, PALS, TNCC certification preferred.
- Additional certifications such as CPI beneficial.
