Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room environment, including collaboration with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Assist with scheduling cases, managing supplies, and maintaining efficient surgical workflows
- Conduct scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards
- Communicate effectively with patients' families and update physician preference cards as needed
- Supervise and support OR personnel to deliver quality patient care
- Participate in call rotations, including one day per week and one weekend per month
Required Qualifications
- Idaho RN license (or multi-state licensure) attached to application
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association attached to application
- Minimum of 3 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting
- Experience with General surgery, robotic surgeries (Da Vinci preferred), orthopedics, robotic knee replacements, trauma, and neuro procedures
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with robotic surgical systems and complex procedures
- Strong critical thinking and leadership skills in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with hospital policies and regulatory standards
