Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care in the Operating Room environment, including collaboration with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
• Assist with scheduling cases, managing supplies, and maintaining efficient surgical workflows
• Conduct scrubbing and circulating during surgical procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and update physician preference cards as needed
• Supervise and support OR personnel to deliver quality patient care
• Participate in call rotations, including one day per week and one weekend per month

Required Qualifications

• Idaho RN license (or multi-state licensure) attached to application
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through the American Heart Association attached to application
• Minimum of 3 years recent OR RN experience in a hospital setting
• Experience with General surgery, robotic surgeries (Da Vinci preferred), orthopedics, robotic knee replacements, trauma, and neuro procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with robotic surgical systems and complex procedures
• Strong critical thinking and leadership skills in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with hospital policies and regulatory standards
