Job Title
• Therapist - Respiratory Therapist

Location
• Cleveland, OH

Schedule / Job Type
• Nights, 3 shifts per week, 8 or 12-week assignment

Key Responsibilities
• Provide respiratory therapy services in a hospital setting, including patient assessments and treatments
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer treatments such as nebulizations, ventilator management, and airway clearance
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatments accordingly
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory protocols
• Float between facilities as needed and communicate scheduling requests during submission and interview

Required Qualifications
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Current Ohio RRT license in hand
• NBRC credential and AHA BLS certification in hand at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working at a Cleveland Clinic facility or similar healthcare environment
• Ability to work flexible hours and float between multiple facilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
