Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical
Location: Englewood, CO
Schedule / Job Type: Full-time, 13-week travel assignment, Night shift (7 PM - 7 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care to surgical and medical patients, including those with complex wounds and spinal cord injuries.
• Monitor and assess patients using telemetry equipment and respond to their needs promptly.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Assist with procedures such as wound care, bowel programs, and burn care.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the Meditech electronic medical record system.
• Ensure compliance with unit policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the state of Colorado or compact license.
• BLS certification.
• Prior experience in Medical-Surgical nursing, preferably with spinal cord injury or wound care.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Experience working with patients requiring surgical interventions or burn care.
• Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy hospital environment.
