- Full-time, nights shifts, 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to high-risk obstetric patients in a hospital setting
- Circulate on cesarean section procedures, ensuring patient safety and protocol compliance
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver culturally competent care to a diverse patient population
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain accurate documentation using the facility’s charting system
- Participate in on-call rotations as required, with no on-call needed for this assignment
- Maintain a 12-hour shift schedule, with guaranteed hours and flexible scheduling based on facility needs
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license for California
- CPR certification required, with ACLS, BLS, and NRP preferred but may be accepted pending verification
- Minimum of 1 year of obstetric and labor/delivery nursing experience
- Ability to circulate on cesarean sections and provide high-risk OB care
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience caring for culturally diverse populations
- Familiarity with Epic electronic health record system
- Previous experience working in an acute care hospital setting with 150+ beds
