Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, night shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients during night shifts
- Monitor and interpret patient rhythms, ensuring accurate rhythm identification and documentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY RN license in hand
- Minimum of 3 years of current ICU experience
- Ability to read and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately
- Proficiency in Epic electronic charting system
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- NIH certification is preferred
- Ability to pass a hospital proctored rhythm identification test (>80% accuracy in rhythms and 100% in critical rhythms)
- Ability to work through holidays, including 2 of the 3 major holidays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced ICU environment with a focus on critical care
- Flexibility to float within skill set per manager discretion
- Experience with hospital-specific charting systems and protocols
