Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Days, Full-time, 5x8s (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)

Key Responsibilities
• Provide inpatient physical therapy services on a hospital-based rehab unit
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using electronic health records (Epic)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in weekend rotations (1 weekend per month)
• Maintain compliance with facility and licensing requirements

Required Qualifications
• SC or Multi-State Compact Physical Therapist License at start of contract
• BLS certification
• 1+ year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist

Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working in an inpatient rehab setting
• Familiarity with hospital electronic health records systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
