Full-time, night shifts, 4 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical surgical patients in a level I trauma center.
- Work 12-hour night shifts, starting either December 1st or December 15th.
- Utilize a team nursing model with a patient ratio of approximately 1:6 or 1:7.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards for trauma and acute care.
- Maintain documentation and perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience in medical surgical nursing.
- Currently licensed or in compliance with NLC guidelines (pending license not accepted).
- Experience working in a Level I Trauma Center.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
- Travel experience in hospital settings preferred.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a large hospital or similar high-acuity environment.
- Prior trauma or emergency nursing experience.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
