- Full-time, travel assignment, days shift, rotating call
Key Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care in a busy Operating Room environment
- Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, primarily ortho and trauma cases
- Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Adhere to unit policies and safety protocols throughout shifts
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Maintain flexibility for weekend and on-call shifts as required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Completion of Perioperative (PeriOp) 101 training
- Ortho and trauma experience in surgical settings
- Certification in appropriate clinical skills and safety standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- CST certification (Certified Surgical Technologist)
- Previous experience working in a high-volume OR setting
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
