Job Title

- Full-time, days, 5 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a healthcare setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support residents’ functional goals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure comprehensive care for a facility of approximately 37 residents
- Document progress and maintain accurate patient records
- Adapt therapy techniques based on resident needs and care plans
Required Qualifications
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven experience in a healthcare or therapy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with elderly or long-term care residents
- Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations and documentation standards
