Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Contract, Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside nursing care to patients in intermediate care, progressive care, and stepdown units during night shifts.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond to patient needs and emergencies.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient conditions and care provided.
- Floats to Medical-Surgical and Medical-Surgical Telemetry units as needed during 13-week assignment.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and licensing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid MA Registered Nurse license at the time of submission.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Epic experience required.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent RN experience in a similar setting.
- Flexibility to float between units as needed.
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and emergency response.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
