Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, Contract, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM), 3 shifts per week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide specialized intensive care nursing services to ICU patients
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications in accordance with physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document all patient interactions and clinical interventions accurately in the electronic health record
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and comfort during shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Registered Nurse license at the time of submission
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Epic EHR experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU or similar critical care nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in a hospital ICU setting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
