Job Title
- Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type
- Full-time, contract, 12-hour night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care to patients in IMC, PCU, and Stepdown units during night shifts.
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management.
- Float to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units as needed.
- Ensure compliance with patient safety and nursing standards.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license at the time of submission.
- BLS (AHA) certification.
- Minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in a similar setting.
- Proficient with Epic EMR.
- Ability to work night shifts (7 PM - 7:30 AM).
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience working in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units.
- Experience working in a hospital environment with float requirements.
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring.
