Key Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Document patient treatments and progress in accordance with organizational policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Required Qualifications
- Valid State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Proven experience providing clinical therapeutic services
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in outpatient or hospital settings
- Familiarity with documentation and electronic health record systems
