Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care in the Medical ICU setting during rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, responses to treatments, and adjust care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and observations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in weekly orientation sessions and team meetings as required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant ICU or critical care experience.
• Certification in CPR (AHA) and ACLS (AHA).
• Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a high-acuity ICU environment.
• Knowledge of trauma care protocols and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
