Job Title

Schedule / Job Type
• Full-time, Night shifts (3x12 hours)
Key Responsibilities
• Provide specialized neonatal care for infants in the NICU setting.
• Monitor and assess patient condition, administering treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care accurately using electronic medical records.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing patient monitoring during night shifts, including weekends as scheduled.
Required Qualifications
• Active California nursing license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of NICU RN experience.
• Certifications: BCLS, NRP, PALS.
• Ability to work night shifts and weekends on a rotating basis.
Preferred Experience / Skills
• Experience working within a 212-bed acute care hospital.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic charting system.
• Prior experience with float assignments within hospital units.
